Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe avocados, coarsely chopped
  • 4 large radishes, chopped
  • 2 celery ribs, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill 1 hour.
