Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped plum tomato
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed

Preparation

  1. Stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill.
