Avocado-Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced jarred mango
  • 3/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced jicama
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 avocados, diced

Preparation

  1. 1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in salt and pepper to taste. Gently fold avocados into mango mixture. Cover and chill 30 minutes before serving.
