This has been a huge hit whenever I have served it. I have made it with and without the oil, and prefer it without.

I added a hanful of cilantro, used roma tomatoes & a poblano pepper all from my garden. One of the best new recipes in my collection & a HUGE hit w/ my family. Thanks so much!

This is a regular on my party dip making rotation, and everyone loves it - it is fantastic - make it all the time. It is so, so, so good!

Awesome dip! I took this to my girl's night out supper club and it was a hit! very easy to make too! I left out the onions just because I don't like them, but no one seemed to miss anything! I also probably doubled the parsley.

This salsa is fantastic and incredibly easy to put together. I had a hard time sharing becaue I wanted to eat it all myself. I love onions, so I added about 1/2 cup instead of the recommended amount. I followed the rest of the recipe exactly. I will definitely make this again.

Amazing! Great with tortilla chips. Great as a salsa for salmon and chicken.
