Ingredients
- 1 chicken breasts boiled
- 1 avocado diced
- 1/3 cup(s) feta cheese
- 1 tomatoes diced with juice and seed cut out and discarded
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
Preparation
- boil the chicken breast till cooked through. I'm sure you can slow cook too but it only takes about 10 minutes to boil a beast. I cut it after about 8 minutes to see how cooked through it is. You don't want it to be too cooked or else the chicken gets stiff. Once cooked through, drain the water and shred the chicken.
- While the chicken is cooking, chop up the avocado and tomatoe, salt the avocado with as much desired for taste.
- Combine the shredded chicken, avocado, tomatoe and sprinkle feta cheese on top.
