Such an easy twist on guacamole, this creamy condiment is my secret weapon on fish tacos and in burritos.

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation

  1. 1. Place garlic in food processor; process until minced. Scoop pulp from avocados; add to food processor. Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth.
  2. Kids can Help: After you remove the pits from the avocados, kids can help scoop out the flesh with a large spoon.
