Such an easy twist on guacamole, this creamy condiment is my secret weapon on fish tacos and in burritos.

Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Preparation
- 1. Place garlic in food processor; process until minced. Scoop pulp from avocados; add to food processor. Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth.
- Kids can Help: After you remove the pits from the avocados, kids can help scoop out the flesh with a large spoon.
