Avocado-Citrus Salad with Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 none Ruby Red grapefruit
  • 2 none navel oranges
  • 9 cups baby greens
  • 2 none avocados, cut into 1/4-inch wedges
  • none Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette

Preparation

Peel and section the grapefruit and oranges.

Divide greens evenly among 6 chilled salad plates. Arrange citrus sections and avocado over greens; drizzle with vinaigrette.
