  • 2 Ruby Red grapefruit
  • 2 navel oranges
  • 9 cups baby greens
  • 2 avocados, cut into 1/4-inch wedges
  • Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette


  1. Peel and section the grapefruit and oranges.
  2. Divide greens evenly among 6 chilled salad plates. Arrange citrus sections and avocado over greens; drizzle with vinaigrette.
