Avocado Bruschetta

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    I made this and really enjoyed a tasty appetizer! Well, it should have been a appetizer, but became my dinner. This could have been from a restaurant! It did not taste over avocado-ish for people who think they don't like it. the lime still shined through in most bites. I did make a few changes. I did not use any onions, because I just don't like them. I also used the regular tomatoes I had in my refrigerator. The best choice I made was to melt some cream cheese and add it to each little bread after putting on the avocado-tomato mix. Feta would have been good, but the cream cheese was what I had on hand and it came out delicious!
