  • 2 whole(s) Tomato Chopped
  • 1/2 whole(s) Coconut Cut pieces
  • 3 clove(s) Garlic
  • 4 clove(s) Krambu
  • 1 piece(s) Pattai
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Corander Whole
  • 2 clove(s) Cardamon
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Garam Masala
  • 1 cup(s) Avarai Parapu
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Termaric
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) Chilli
  • Seasoning
  • 1 cup(s) Kari leaves
  • 1 pinch(s) Mustard

Preparation

[Masala]

Add oil to pan and add Krambu,Pattai and Cardamon.

Add Garlic

Add Onion

Add Coriander

Add Tomatos and coconut and Garam masala

Add termaric and chilli powder

After frying a while cool it down and grind

[Cook]

Pressure cook Masala and Avarai parapu

[Seasoning]

Add oil and fry mustard and kari leaves

Add the cooked masala and allow it to thicken add salt to taste
