"Punch" is a good description of this one--a couple of glasses pack a wallop. Add extra cranberry juice if you want it weaker.
Simmer spices, vermouths, cranberry juice, and sugar in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and let steep 1 hour.
Chill remaining ingredients in a large container. Strain spice mixture into wine mixture and chill until ready to serve.
