Worthy of a Special Occasion

Excellent, light dressing. Used Gala apple and Gorgonzola cheese and took the suggestion to sprinkle a few chopped walnuts on top. Made a very nice pairing with CL's Orange-Saffron Shrimp & Snapper Stew.

Super easy and very flavorful! I'm not normally one for raw onion, but it was excellent in this salad. The dressing was a surprise too! Just the right amount of tang. I'll make this one again for sure!
