Ingredients
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened (can use fat-free)
- 2 8 oz packages semisweet baking chocolate, melted
- 1 package(s) finely crushed Oreo cookies
Preparation
- Mix 3 cups of cookie crumbs wtih all of cream cheese til blended. Shape into 1" balls. Dip into melted chocolate and place on wax paper lined baking sheet. May sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate 1 hour or til firm.
