How to Make It

Step 1

Line pastry shell with aluminum foil, and fill with pie weights or dried beans.

Step 2

Bake at 425° for 7 minutes, and remove weights and foil.

Step 3

Whisk together sugar and butter until blended. Whisk in eggs and remaining ingredients. Pour into piecrust.

Step 4

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack.
