This is a great recipe. I served it as a salad with a Hot Butter Chicken dish and it was just perfect to offset some of the heat from the main course. I will definitely make this one again, especially now that Asparagus season is almost upon us here on Canada's East Coast.
Delicious. Used 3/4 cup of CL's Tomatoes Roasted with Rosemary and Lemon that I already had on hand. Chopped them and mixed with the asparagus and roasted all for 11 minutes. Served with CL's Fettuccine Alfredo. Made a wonderful meal.
