I loved this dish! I simplified it by replacing the basil/chives/cilantro with fresh parsley. Also I left out the feta to reduce calories. It didn't need it! It doesn't save well, so don't make more than you need to serve.

This is an excellent recipe. I changed it a bit to suit the ingredients we had, I used pumpkin seeds instead of pine nuts, and fresh crumbly mexican cheese instead of feta, and added some chopped ham leftover from easter. The real stars are the wonderful dressing, the asparagus and the red onion. Incredible! We were using our bread to wipe down the plates!

My goodness, this recipe is utterly delicious. I increased the amounts of basil and chives because I don't like cilantro.

It was an excellent salad, served it with grilled pork chops. My husband told me it was one of the best dinners I have made. I will be making this often, we love asparagus.

I knew this would be good w/ all the ingredients listed, but it was unexpectedly great! I think the sweetness of the basil and saltiness of the feta really set this off, along w/ the pinenuts and red onions adding flare. Great recipe. Thanks!
