Asparagus Sauté
Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh asparagus
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 large red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
- Snap off tough ends of asparagus.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus and remaining ingredients, and saute 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Serve immediately.
