Ingredients
- 8 ounce(s) cream cheese
- 4 ounce(s) blue cheese
- 1 eggs
- 1 can(s) asparagus spears, drained
- 1 loaf(s) white or whole wheat bread
Preparation
- Cream together cream cheese, blue cheese and 1 egg. Cut crust from bread, Roll each slice of bread thin with rolling pin. Spread with cheese mixture. Add asparagus spear and roll up. Partially freeze for easier slicing. Cut each piece in fourths and secure with toothpicks. Dip in melted oleo. Freeze at this point if desired. Bake frozen for 15 min. in 400 degree oven.
