Ingredients

- 3 lbs. chicken wings
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1 c. soy
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 t. fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
- 1/2 c. hoisin
- 1 T. fresh lime juice
- 3 T. sesame seeds, toasted
- 1/4 c. green onion
- 1. Place chicken wings on broiler pan and broil 4-5 in. from heat 10 min. per side. Transfer to crock pot.
- 2. Add sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, ginger, garlic and sherry; stir thoroughly to coat wings. Cover; cook on low 5-6 hours or on high 2-3 hours or until chicken done.
- 3. Remove wings from crock pot. Reserve 1/4 c. cooking liquid; combine with hoisin and lime juice. Drizzle mixture over chicken wings. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions
