Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
  • 2 cups (2 ounces) watercress
  • 2 cups (6 ounces) bean sprouts
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

Preparation

  1. Whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sesame oil in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
