Asian Slaw
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 2 cups (2 ounces) watercress
- 2 cups (6 ounces) bean sprouts
- 1 cup thinly sliced red cabbage
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
Preparation
- Whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sesame oil in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
