Asian Slaw

Ingredients

1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
2 cups (2 ounces) watercress
2 cups (6 ounces) bean sprouts
1 cup thinly sliced red cabbage
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

Preparation

Whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sesame oil in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
