1. Place first 4 ingredients in blender; process 1 minute or until blended and almost smooth. Strain mixture through a sieve into a bowl, pressing with the back of a spoon; discard solids. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until thoroughly chilled.
2. Pour 1/2 cup pear mixture into each of 4 glasses; top each serving with 3/4 cup sparkling apple drink, and stir gently. Garnish each serving with 1 pear slice, if desired.
