Ingredients

  • 2 Asian pears
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation

  1. Cut pears into matchstick pieces. Toss pears with cilantro, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, and salt. Serve immediately.
