Ingredients

2 Asian pears
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation

Cut pears into matchstick pieces. Toss pears with cilantro, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, and salt. Serve immediately.
