    Made this for guests based on previous ratings. It was fabulous and TOO EASY TO BELIEVE! My hubby asked if I would make it again "tomorrow!" It's a keeper for sure.

    I love anything I can make in the microwave, and this recipe was very easy. The fish I had was thicker, so I had to cook it longer, but I liked the fresh complementary flavors of the sauce.

    Great, easy and fast! Used diced red onion and small amount of green pepper since that's what I had on hand. Flounder fresh-caught from the creek!
