Ingredients

3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon chile paste with garlic (such as Sambal Oelek)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk. YIELD: about 1/3 cup.
