heat 1 T oil in pan, add grn onions, ginger, garlic and chili garlic sauce. Stir fry 1-2 min. Add chicken, hoisin sauce and 1 T rice vinegar. Stir fry until chicken is cooked, approx 10 min. Meanwhile, follow directions to prepare Asian noodles (soak in hot water). Drain, cut into 2 inch pieces and toss with 1tsp oil and 1tsp vinegar. Once chicken is cooked, add orange zest and stir. Fill lettuce leaves with chicken mixture, carrots, bean sprouts and noodles. Top with peanuts or cashews as desired.
