- 1/2 C hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- Combine all ingredients. Divide turkey mixture into 8 equal portions, shaping each into a 3/4 inch patty. Grill or broil for 5 minutes on each side of until done. Serve with hamburger buns, lettuce leaves, and tomato slices.
