    I made this recipe but made some modifications. I did not serve it with the spinach, but I am sure it taste good that way. I mixed the marinade in a separate bowl, and added thinly sliced beef (uncooked) to the mixture. I stir fried the carrots and snow peas in a bit of oil in a pan for a minute, then took it out and added the beef with the marinade and cooked for 5-7 minutes on high heat. Then I added the veggies back in the pan and added sliced green onions to it. I served it over the bean thread noodles with thai basil instead of the cilantro. My husband and I thought it was very tasty.
