- 2 piece(s) anchovies
- 2 cup(s) Arugula
- 1 tablespoon(s) capers
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 lemon
- Chop the arugula, and capers. Smash the anchovies with the back of a knife. Add all ingredients in a blender. Make sure you use the lemon juice and zest some of the peel. This is going to be the consistency of pesto. Enjoy!
