  • 1 cup trimmed arugula
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
