Arugala Salad with Figs

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Arugala
  • 7 Dried figs, chopped
  • 3/4 Cup Toasted Hazlenuts
  • 1 1/5 romano cheese
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Toss and divide in three portions
