Ingredients
- 4 Cups Arugala
- 7 Dried figs, chopped
- 3/4 Cup Toasted Hazlenuts
- 1 1/5 romano cheese
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Toss and divide in three portions
