The bold flavor of this meat-free pizza comes from the garlic and artichoke hearts.
Preheat oven to 450°.
Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add artichokes, mushrooms, garlic, and Italian seasoning; sauté 1 minute or until mushrooms are tender.
Sprinkle artichoke mixture over 1 piece prepared pizza. Top with 1/4 cup cheese, and bake at 450° for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
