- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 teaspoons water
- Fresh chives
- Chopped chile peppers (optional)
- Veggie chips (optional)
- Stir together sour cream and water; drizzle over soup, and swirl with a wooden pick. Top with chives and chopped chile peppers if you wish. For extra crunch, top it with veggie chips, such as Terra Stix.
