Loved it! Very easy to make, and allows for variations... enjoy! Here is my variation: 2 tablespoons sliced unsalted almonds vs cashews/ 3 tablespoons chopped dried mangos vs dried apricots/ No raisins/ 3 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt/ Baby spinach as desired vs lettuce/ pita vs pumpernickel

So easy and it was delicious. Everyone in the family loved it. I used Greek yogurt for a little extra richness, and chopped everything but the turkey up fine in the food processor.
