After reading the other reviews I don't know what went wrong. I love curry, apricot, and lemon but this recipe was not good, sorry.

Loved it! Grilled and sliced the chicken and served with Basmati rice, steamed carrots tossed with fresh parsley, and steamed spinach. Great Weight Watchers dinner, and so tasty!

This was very easy to make and very delicious. The sweetness of the apricot spread goes very well with the saltiness of the curry powder, and the lemon juice added a great subtle tang to the dish. I would definitely make this again.

Very good. My husband asked for the leftovers! I paired it with a simple spinach salad. It was quick, easy, and yummy- perfect for a weeknight. I doubled the pepper and curry powder, and used chicken tenders for quicker cooking.

This was fantastic. Served it with sauted green beans, garlic and a splash of lemon! Great for those hot summer nights.

This is a super easy recipe and one that doesn't cost a lot. The flavors are not something I would have thought of combining together but my husband really liked it. The curry flavor is not too much so its very mild. Thank you for this!

This is so good! I happened to have peach-apricot preserves on hand so used that but otherwise made as directed. Served with the recommended Sweet Lemon-Mint Pear Salad and the combination of flavors is amazing! Tasted like something that would be served at a french cafe. My husband loved the salad and said it was reminiscent of a mojito. Will make again and would most definitely make for guests.

We loved this dish! It is great for any occasion, even every day meals. I served Au Gratin Potatoes and fresh green beans as well as hot yeast rolls. Just follow the recipe for a no fail dish that will really impress your family and guests.

I would make this again, but I wound make more of the sauce, which was tangy and wonderful.

This is the first recipe that included curry that we actually liked...and we liked it a LOT! Very easy to prepare and presentation was nice, too. Served with sesame green beans, carrot rice, and freshly cooked sliced apples. Would serve this to company with no hesitation.

My husband and I enjoyed this recipe. Lots of flavor and very satisfying. I left out the salt in the rub for the chicken and didn't miss it. I pounded the chicken breasts a little flatter so they'd cook more quickly and evenly. This was a very fast recipe for weeknights. I served the chicken with a rice pilaf.

Very quick, and very tasty. I would suggest pounding the breasts out to ensure they cook quickly and without drying out. Omit the water for a thicker sauce.

Liked this one alot - everyone enjoyed it... the sweetness of the apricot preserves and the sour of the lemon juice was great. I didn't have curry powder so I made a spice mix of ground cardamon, cumin, cinnamon, coriander, tumeric & black Pepper - I think I liked it better than if I would have used the curry powder. Served it with buttered noodles & Asparagus sauteed with mushroms.

I used apricot preserves and limes as that's what I had on hand. I flattened chicken per one reviewer. WOW!!! So easy and so good, not to mention healthy. Could be used for guests or a weeknight.... Can't wait to see how leftovers taste!

Yum Yum Yum. This dish definitely has a winter feel to it. I think its the mix of the curry powder and apricot. So great! We served it with the suggested mint and pear salad and a bottle of chardonnay, and it was terrific! My husband made it, and I know he added some extra spices and wine and cooked the chicken differently, but I can't imagine that it affected it too substantially.

Very yummy! Think I will omit or reduce the salt and maybe add some honey. I loved the sweet tanginess of the apricot-lemon mixture. Give it a try and add your own personal touch! Fun new recipe!

My husband and I really enjoyed this. It's simple to make and the sauce makes it company worthy. I also like the little bit of heat from the curry. I served it with Buttered Green Beans with Mushrooms from this website. I made the recipe as written and will add it to my regular weeknight rotation.

I made this recipe for a luncheon today and everyone loved it! Served it with the recommended Sweet Lemon-Mint Pear Salad. It was a perfect combination. Included bread sticks and fresh apple cake w/butter rum sauce and whipped cream for dessert.

This is amazing and really easy! The combination of sweet apricor and spicy curry powder was a great combination. It seems very impressive and would be a great dinner party dish. I served with the Sweet lemon mint salad, very good complement.

I love this recipe -- the sauce isn't too sweet and goes wonderfully with the chicken. The curry really adds a lot of flavor, so I definitely recommend trying it if you haven't already. I paired it with the Sweet Lemon Mint Pear Salad per another viewer's recommendation and it makes a wonderful summer meal. The chicken would also be great in a wrap and I've thought about using it in a chicken salad. http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/sweet-lemon-mint-pear-salad-10000001896100/

Wow -- this was delightful. My family really liked this. I used Apricot Jam and the chunks of apricot were a great addition to the sauce.

This was a SUPER easy recipe to make, no fuss, and great tasting!!! I didn't know what to expect from the flavors combined, but I think it was more like a sweet and sour sauce. I served it with plain rice and a salad. We ate it all! Will make again!

I think my family finished eating it before I even sat down! It was easy, fast, and so delicious! I will definitely be making it again in the near future. I also paired it with the sweet lemon mint salad.

Absolutely "tastey & delicious" (per my 3 year old), super easy & quick to prepare. I double the sauce as I put this over a whole grain rice sometimes and that can soak it up a bit. But if over a salad this portion works wonderfully. Thanks for the recipe!

Super fast & easy. Tasty too. Combined w/leftover "Coconut Lime Rice." Liked the bite of the curry powder rub on the chicken contrasted w/apricot/lime sauce.

Delicious, but a little sweet for my taste. Now I deglaze the pan with a little (1/4 cup?) white wine, allow to evaporate, then add maybe 1/2 cup of chicken broth. That cuts the sweetness drastically, and makes a little bit of a pan sauce for serving over rice or cous cous. I also frequently substitute chutney for the apricot spread. Last, I add minced green onion at the very end. It's now a go-to recipe for weeknights!

Made tonight for dinner, really tasty and easy to make, although nothing super special. Served it with some brown rice and green beans, the rice tasted great with the sauce.

AWESOME! Tasted like a fine dining orange chicken, I served with Jasmine rice with with scallions in it and bagged broccoli slaw on top of the rice with the chicken on top........ Sooooooooo easy and very impressive. Husband LOVED it, I will definitely make this a lot more and try with variations on the sauces.............

Loved! And so easy to make. A friend and I made it with the lemon mint salad for a "Girl's Night In" dinner. The curry powder added an unexpected spice element and kept it from being too sweet. Unfortunately, one of my family members is a pescetarian, so I won't be able to make it at home, but I might try substituting tofu steaks for the chicken.

I fixed this for family on vacation and increased it by half. Otherwise, the only changes I made were that I used just a small pinch of salt in the rub, rather than what is listed and substituted Polaner All-fruit Peach preserves for the apricot, because the store didn't carry the apricot. Six people devoured all the chicken and wished for more. It was so good with the peach preserves, that I doubt I will ever use the apricot. This recipe would work well for pork, too.

This was easy to prepare and relatively cheap. I substituted the apricot spread for the mango chutney i had on hand. It was a fair swap and the recipe was great. I enjoyed it with a quinoa, feta and basil salad.
