Had this last night - it was great! Followed the recipe except that my husband grilled the chops. Would definately have this again.Would make a good and easy company dish.

This was so easy and yummy. I followed the recipe exactly and served it with sauteed carrots with sage (another cooking light recipe), but without the sage. We'll be making this again.

I made this recipe with no revisions other than I had my husband grill the lamb chops. I heated the sauce, dipped the meat as suggested and served with extra sauce. Very flavorful and very easy!

This has become one of my most favorite "special" dinner recipes that doesn't require a lot of effort. Combines perfectly with Roasted Carrots and Fennel Seed. I also serve asparagus.

This dish is delicious. I think it is restaurant quality and I will make it for company! It is easy and quick enough to be made any day of the week. I served it with roasted carrots, as suggested, and this is a yummy pairing of flavors.

Tasty. Girlfriend loved it. I was out of carrots, so I made couscous with curry powder and raisins as a side, and it worked well.

I followed the recipe exactly, and I found it only okay. The sauce was a little strong for my taste and over powered the lamb. I don't think I am going to make this again.

I made this with pork chops and substituted ginger marmalade for apricot preserves. I used only 1/3 cup marmalade and added a dash of crushed red pepper. Very good, moist, and flavorful. Served with braised turnip greens & arugula, with roasted sweet potatoes & turnips as well.
