    Fabulous. My husband and I both loved the pork! It was very tender and juicy. We served it with Sweet Potatoes and used a cranberry Riesling in the recipe. Will definitely make again.

    This was a very delicious! Though very sweet, I served it with a mixed brown rice on the side, which made a great balance. I will definitely make it again. It was so easy! I used store-brand ground ginger from the pantry instead of getting fresh ground, which turned out just fine.

    Yes, a good solid recipe. Very tasty and easy, but I might do something more dramatic with fresh fruit for guests. My only change was to brush a little of the sauce on top of the chops after turning them (to help moisture retention) and splash a little wine into the pan first to cool it down a bit, then add the sauce. I never bothered to take the chops out, and the sauce didn't need thickening. I used Smucker's Low-Sugar Apricot Preserves, which are half the calories of regular and just as good. Served with steamed potatoes and green beans. Edit | Remove
