Well they are a simple under 10 minute snack and they are delicious. My sister Zoe and I were picking Apricots from our tree and decided to make a treat for my parents. We tried finding easy recipes when we came across a red potato french fry recipe. My sister decided we could make a easy dessert version and we did. Now we will tell you, they make great party snacks and can be brought to work or in pack lunches.

- 2 cup(s) White Sugar
- 3 tablespoon(s) cinnamon (optional)
- Cut the apricots into fourths and place them onto a cookie sheet. Lay them out (they do not need to be in a order) onto the sheet and cover them with sugar and cinnamon. Preheat the oven to 300. Leave them in for 5 minutes. They do not need to come out brown they are fine as orange.
