1 (8 1/2-ounce) can unpeeled apricot halves, drained
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt


Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Chill, if desired. Serve over mixed salad greens or fruit.
