Apricot-Chipotle Glaze

Yield Makes 1 1/2 cups


  • 1 1/2 cups apricot preserves
  • 2 tablespoons golden rum or water
  • 1 tablespoon minced chipotle chiles or chipotle-flavored hot sauce

How to Make It

  1. Combine preserves and rum in a small saucepan over medium heat; bring mixture to a boil. Cook, stirring often, 2 to 3 minutes. Add chipotle chiles, and stir well to combine. Serve warm.
