I would recommend spraying the pan with cooking spray (mine got baked on), and reducing temp or cooking time by at least 5 minutes. I was not terribly impressed. CL has other granola recipes that I have liked better.

I never made my own granola before this, but decided to give this recipe a try. i came out great. i have substituted walnuts for pecans at times and added chopped dates. Gotta have the dried cherries! Do not leave this in the oven one second longer than stated in the recipe. It will get overdone.
