Very good...very healthy...even my 2 year old liked this recipe (my extreemly picky 4 year old would too if he would try it...ugh). Rated it a 3 simply because it isn't over the top, write home to mom about...type of recipe, but none the less I will make them often because it is a healthy alternative to other breakfast favs in our house! Tasty too! :)
