Applesauce Cake with Cream Cheese

    The cake was dry. The icing was far too sweet for me. I took it to a craft workshop and my observations were confirmed by other attendees.

    I took out the nuts, icing and raisins, added 2 eggs and used 1/2 cup of canola oil instead of butter, used 2 and 1/2 cups apple sauce. Make sure not to overcook, took out when there was still a little crumbs on cake tester. It turned out moist and delicious. SOOO GOOOD!!!
