Applesauce

Ingredients

6 cooking apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation

Cook all ingredients, covered, in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring often, 20 minutes. Uncover and cook, stirring constantly, to desired thickness. Serve warm or cold.
