Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) carton vanilla fat-free yogurt
2 cups chopped Granny Smith apple (about 1 large)
1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
2 teaspoons honey
2 tablespoons nutlike cereal nuggets (such as Grape-Nuts)

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients.

Spoon mixture into bowls. Sprinkle each with cereal nuggets just before serving.
