Prep time 15 mins
Yield Makes 2 1/2 cups
Pair it with lamb kebabs, pork tenderloin, or your favorite blue corn chips. The acid in the lime juice keeps the apples bright and crisp.

  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How to Make It

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill.
