Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced Red Delicious apple (about 2 medium)
  • 1 1/2 cups seedless green grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded carrot (about 1 medium)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1/4 cup (1 ounce) crumbled blue cheese
