Add 1-4 to heavy pot, heat to a boil stiring constantly. Reduce heat, simmer 5 min. stirring occasionaly. Remove from heat & add spices.
Combine flour & salt. Cut in shortening until mixture is crumbly. Combine yolks, water & jucie. Blend into flour. Mixture will form a ball. Devide in half.
Roll one ball at a time between two sheets of wax paper to fit a 9x13 dish and up the sides. Spread filling & cover with remaining crust. Crimp upper and lower crusts together to make a seal.
Bake @400 for 40 min, or until light brown
